Bound Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
1.1. Participants must be a member of the Bound community, existing customers, fractional CFOs and partners, in good standing and at least 18 years old.
1.2. Employees and contractors of Bound are not eligible.
1.3. A “Referred Customer” must be a new, genuine individual or business that:
Is not already a Bound customer;
Is not controlled by, funded by, or ultimately the same person as the Referrer;
Signs up, is approved by Bound, and successfully onboarded.
1.4. The Referrer cannot:
Refer themselves;
Refer an account they control or manage;
Be the end-user of the Referred Customer’s account.
Bound reserves the right to validate eligibility and reject referrals that do not meet these requirements.
Rewards
2.1. There is no limit to the number of rewards a Referrer may earn, provided each referral meets these Terms.
2.2. Rewards (“Gifts”) are:
Subject to availability;
Non-transferable;
Not redeemable for cash or credit;
Given transparently i.e they must be declared by the referrer if required by internal policy;
Provided at Bound’s sole discretion.
2.3. Bound may modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or any reward structure at any time, with or without notice.
Fraud, Misuse, and Prohibited Conduct
3.1. Bound may, at its sole discretion, withhold or revoke rewards if it reasonably suspects:
Fraudulent activity;
Misrepresentation or fake accounts;
Abuse of the Programme;
Violations of these Terms.
3.2 Any attempt to manipulate or bypass Programme rules (e.g., “gaming” referrals, creating duplicate accounts) may result in removal from the Programme and closure of eligible accounts.
Gift Fulfilment & Delivery
4.1. Estimated delivery time is 1–6 weeks from the date of order.
4.2. Gifts can be shipped globally.
4.3. Bound is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the Referrer;
Delays, losses, or theft occurring before of after delivery by the carrier;
Delivery issues caused by third-party vendors.
4.4. If a selected item is unavailable, Bound may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
Tax Responsibility
5.1. Referral rewards may be taxable benefits under applicable law.
5.2. Referrers are solely responsible for:
Determining any tax liabilities;
Declaring rewards as income where required;
Paying any taxes, duties, or charges associated with receiving the reward.
Bound does not provide tax advice.
Data Protection & Privacy
6.1. By participating, Referrers consent to Bound processing their personal data for:
Administering the Programme;
Contacting them about rewards;
Preventing fraud and verifying eligibility.
6.2. All data will be handled in accordance with Bound’s Privacy Policy.
6.3. Referrers must not share personal data of prospective customers without their explicit consent.
Programme Changes & Termination
7.1. Bound may amend these Terms, change reward offerings, suspend the Programme, or terminate it entirely at any time.
7.2. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect rewards already earned but not yet fulfilled, unless terminated due to fraud or misuse.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bound is not liable for:
Actions or failures of third-party vendors;
Product defects, warranties, or fulfilment issues beyond Bound’s control;
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programme.
8.2. All gifts are provided “as is” and subject to the vendor’s own warranty terms (if any). Bound makes no guarantees regarding product quality or suitability.
